FESTIVAL UPDATE (as of March 15,
2013): Community Arts Project
(CAP) is sad to announce that it
will not be presenting the North
Coast Seafood Festival in 2013.
While this marks the end of a
successful run of festivals
(which provided generous funding
to CAP’s Art Literacy
Program in area schools), we are
happily looking ahead to
presenting new events in the
Tillamook County community in the
near future. CAP wishes to extend
sincere thanks to our dedicated
festival coordinators who put so
much of their time, energy, and
creativity into a well-organized,
well-loved community event. If
